Blair Michalak is a dedicated Physician Assistant with a master’s degree in physician assistant studies from University of North Texas Health Science Center. She received her undergrad with Texas Christian University with a bachelor’s degree in biology and minor for Spanish for Health Professionals.

Blair’s love for primary care started from when she was a medical assistant at a primary care clinic. She loves building relationships with my patients. She is most passionate about preventative care, as well as nutrition and aspects of functional medicine. Blair truly loves to help others and she get’s joy in helping patients achieve their healthcare goals.

Blair grew up in Evergreen, Colorado and just moved back to be closer to family after being in Texas for many years. She loves running, and excited to get back to trail running here! She also loves to ski, hike, camp, kayak, anything outdoors. Faith and family are the most important things to her. She also enjoys playing/watching sports, especially TCU athletics, Go Frogs!
